So findet man bei uns nur die nötigsten Analysen im ganzen „Weinwerdungsprozess“ also vom Weingarten in den Keller & schlussendlich in die Flasche. So wird der Lesezeitpunkt auch nicht durch Zucker-, Säure- und pH-Werte ermittelt, sondern durch Kosten und Beobachten der Trauben und Reben. Denn so ist es uns möglich, durch perfekt physiologisch reife Trauben den bestmöglichsten Wein, mit dem Optimum an Facettenreichtum, Geschmack und Langlebigkeit in die Flasche zu füllen.
